Thanksgiving break - Blake Lively (part 4)

In case you didn't know, the man standing next to Blake Lively is Mr. Christian Louboutin. We should probably all give thanks to him as well.

    To me, Blake may just as well be regarded as the poster girl, the ambassador, of toe cleavage. She's got it all.
