A question or two...

UPDATE: Went through and answered some of your comments.

Eagle-eyed readers of this blog may have noticed that when clicking on new pictures it now takes you to imgbox rather than Google images. The reason for this is that I've finally run out of space on my Google account. I don't know how well this will work (imgbox occasionally goes down) so I'd like to ask you, my loyal readers, what you'd like me to do.

A. Delete older pictures to free up space on my Google account

B. Continue to upload to imgbox

C. Ask for yearly donations to cover the cost of upgrading my Google account with more space (through PayPal)

D. Ask for a monthly (smaller) donations to cover the cost of upgrading my Google account with more space (through Patreon)

E. Quit doing the blog and find something useful to do with my life

F. Other

Let me know what you think. I'll leave this post up for a few days to make sure everyone sees it.

Also, if I was going to go the donation route and wanted to do some sort of raffle and/or bonus content, what would be a good prize/extra?

  3. Hi Number 2, I've been viewing your blog and your predecessors for many years now and have always been prepared to contribute and I don't want you to stop. However, I'd like to ask you how challenging it is to find fresh 'quality' material? The reason I ask is because (and I really hate to say this and I feel bad about saying it) quite a number of recent posts have been a little disappointing. Is there perhaps an opportunity for your loyal readers to help find material? I have a real preference for Louboutin Pigalle and So Kates (and the multiple derivatives) and I've even seen a few celebs wearing Hot Chicks recently albeit they are too high for most women! There are also Jimmy Choo Anouks and Casadei Blades and along with the Loubs, this is the territory we should be in on your blog.
With regard to additional cloud storage, it isn’t too expensive from what I can see, about $60 for 500GB (Google Drive). I'll happily send you $60 if it helps. Anyhow, I'm sure we can pull together to make this blog even more alluring and compelling. PS

    1. I guess it all comes down to what you find disappointing. Everybody here loves Louboutins (and the women who wear them) but this isn't a Louboutin blog, it's a toe cleavage blog - so that means I'm going to posts pictures of women showing off toe cleavage in whatever shoes they happen to be wearing. Every post isn't going to be for everybody and the good thing is, if you come back the next day, I'll have someone new to look at.
Thanks for your comments and offer of support.

  5. You are very good and I appreciate your work very much, and I am up for contributing as well.

In terms of prize, the contributors gets special access to special page with candids pictures, or many more twitter pics, I actually look forward to your twitter pics section much more than the celebrities :)

I totally agree with the previous post about Anouks and Casadei Blades, I'm a huge fan also of Louboutin Pigalle and So Kate, but also like Anouks, Blades, and similar looking pump.

    1. I have an idea for a 'prize' along this idea.

As to the shoes, remember, fashion (including shoe fashion) changes all the time so while Pigalles were very prevalent a few years ago, you don't see them as much any more. I have to look for pics and post the ones with the best toe cleavage possible, no matter the brand of shoe.

  6. Imgbox is not the same thing. Whatever it takes, but keep it going the way it was. BR/ Brasil

  7. I vote F...keep only the best 2 or 3 pics from sets more than 6 months old or move old sets to imgbox. That sounds like a lot of work as I type it. I'd be willing to donate to save the effort. Imgbox seems to have a lot of spam.

    1. Yeah, I don' think I want to go through 1800+ posts and pick out the 'best' pictures. A lot of work and my best may not be everyone elses.

I don't know what the spam problem some people seem to be having with imgbox. I been using it for years on other sites (both posting and downloading) and never had any problems.

  9. I like option C. Don't change anything you're doing, and I'm glad to contribute to a yearly fund to keep you going.

  11. Most DEFINITELY Option A. There would be a huge amount of space if you go as far into the blog as possible and delete certain pictures. Meaning, where there are WAY more than necessary. Example: Elizabeth Hurley 11/7/15 "Seeing Double." When there are pictures of a girl or lady and there's a dude or other photobombers present, only two pictures AT THE MOST should be posted. Or skip it altogether. Find pictures of her all alone. Second, you could save A LOT of space by doing away with Twitter pics at the first of every month. How about at the end of a month post two pictures of a celebrity being photobombed, and below your customary description write something like, "Hey guys, wanna see some Twitter pics? Click here for zip files." Then the following day there'll be more full body pictures without interruption and you'll save space two different ways. If I was to seriously consider donating a little or a lot, there would have to be quantity and quality in certain posts. Meaning, take for example the celebrities that attend an event, pose for HQ pictures ALL ALONE, with their hands free, and wear sexy shoes (So Kates, Pigalles, super low cut vamp Sophia Bush likes these). I would want to see EVERY picture available. Forget the zip files. And the beautiful thing is, there would be a very insane amount of space if you delete the redundant stuff and Twitter pics. But FOR SURE go with Option A. Forthwith. I'll bet there'll be enough space to where you won't need donations. Believe it.

    1. The reason I publish a bunch of pictures on the main page is that not everybody has access/availability to download .zip files so I try to post around 10 pictures from each set of various poses - which will occasionally include pictures standing with men. These are public events, after all. If you don't like those pictures, don't click on them or download them.

The Twitter pics aren't going anywhere. They are among the most popular posts and again, if you don't like them, don't check out the blog that day.

Basically what your saying is to take away the old pictures so that new readers won't see them, post only pictures you want to see and you don't feel the need to contribute.
      Fairly selfish of you.

  14. I would like to give tiy my choice, which is continue with Imbox or a contribution; I am daily regular to your website and I find it fair for you to ask a donation; you put in a lot of work in this on a daily basis

  15. IMHO, I would suggest you move the older images to IMGBOX and continue to use Google for the newer images.

    Also, I would contribute.

I am a reader from when it switched from the old, old original Blog .

Also, don't stop doing the blog unless the space issues is just a catalyst.

  16. C. Ignore all suggestions to change how and what you post. Each of us have our own preferences and you cover most during the course of a typical month

  17. I like the imgobx because once you download a pic all you have to do to see the next pic is hit the right arrow instead on always having to hit back to see another pic.

Here's a suggestion. If you do have to delete some pics post those in a designated location and gives us 10 days to download what you will delete.

If I was going to delete (probably won't) I'd just leave them where they were and give you guys some notice

  18. My vote is to delete some of the older pics. Unlike InCognito, I think that the Twitter pics are the best. Perhaps you could post less often so that the space that you "relieve" is not used up so quickly. Maybe a weekly post? I was a regular of the Pervision of the High Heel pump, also. Like others, I appreciate your diligence!

  19. Delete some of the older images. I would also like to see more content that is not celebrity based but that relies on people sending material to post.

  23. number2,

Respectfully, I don't understand why you asked for ideas and it appears you may ignore most or all of them. In your words: "A. Delete older pictures to free up space." I was thinking about the redundant stuff from weeks and months past. What pictures were you thinking of? As for the Twitter pics, I stopped looking at those awhile ago. But, since they take up SPACE and really don't show anything other than maybe a little leg, a couple of ankles and feet in shoes (whose feet btw? Does anyone know?), why not just put a link for them and voila! A whole page for a post (Provided it's a cool post). You said it best when you wrote not everyone can access zip files. For that reason free up space and post more than 10 or so pictures on a page. As for imgbox, No, I don't believe it's fine. After clicking on a picture, I don't get the full size of the picture on my mobile, and there's a big advertisement for imgbox around the border of the picture. Simply delete redundant stuff nobody will notice is gone, put a link for the beloved Twitter pics, and there's space - Space you say you need. Why take the scenic route to a destination 5 feet in front? :)

    1. A. Just because I may not be taking YOUR ideas, don't think I'm ignoring comments
      B. "redundant stuff from weeks and months past" - the only example you cited was from 11/7/15
      C. You are in the VAST minority with regards to the Twitter pics
      D. zip files don't take up space (they're stored in a different place) - your suggestion to post more than 10 pictures would use up more storage
      E. This site is not optimized for mobile - look at it on a real computer there's a lot of really big pictures)

  24. Do you have the size of the older pics? Mayne we can move it to my server housing and store it there and you can continue to work on your work here.?

  25. Love your website. I've been a follower since - years ago - but on an occasional basis. I do not have - nor want - a paypal account but would be willing to contribute $5.00 to assist you and to get back to the Google account (much better than what you transitioned to). Do you have a PO Box? I'd send a check or money order to you by USPS if you do. Anything to keep the (old) status quo. Best wishes...
