    is it just me, or in the close up pic, the one where both feet are in the shade, does it not look like she might have 6 toes on her left foot??

    sorry mate but I think these shoes are not the Louboutin "Halte" model. If you check and verify it with a search on Google the "Halte" pumps look a bit different.
