Emeraude Toubia - Canadian-born, American actress, presenter, and model best know as Isabelle Lightwood on the fantasy series "Shadowhunters".

      I agree she is wearing hose, which in my view spoils the 'look'.
      If she was bare legged I think the toe/arch cleavage would rival that of the tc queen Rachel McAdams!
